Payment

Which payment methods are available?

We use the PayPal system. You can pay by your PayPal account or with your credit card. If you don't have PayPal acccount, don't worry it's not necessary, you can pay directly with your credit card without register.
Fees may be applied depending on the method chosen, they will be displayed before the final payment.
All transactions are secure.

When do you charge the transaction?

The payment of an order (in stock or in pre-order) is charged immediately.

Where is my order?
After you made an order, we need a bit time before ship your order.
With Covid-19 issue, there is some delay, you don't need to worry. We will send to you a message with the tracking number when your order is shipped.

I have 4 shipping options including two to 10 days of delivery time but with 2000 yen difference!?
The cheapest method is "Small Packet", this method is used for small packages of less than 2kg, the other, "Postal Parcel", is used for bulky and/or heavy parcels. However, nothing prevents sending a small package with Postal Parcel.

Cancellation

Order cancellations are not accepted.
In case of force majeure, the refund will be in the form of a voucher valid on Okini Land.

Our second-hand products are complete and in a Good Condition. Never we will send a damaged product.
