How to return a product
Life is not all roses, sometime some troubles happen during the transit of the parcel.
If you wish to return one or more products, you need to go on the page “Order history and details” from your account.
On the order history page, you can see all your orders. You need to go in the details page to see the part to return a product.
- Please mark the corresponding boxes;
- Choice the quantity of the product you wish to return;
- Give the serial number written on the Okini Land label of your product in the form xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
- Provide an explanation for the return.
CAUTION: Any return request without the serial product registered on the Okini Land label will be refused.
A staff of Okini Land will check your request then send an email.
The return of the parcel will have to be done in an economic method with a tracking number AND must contain the serial of the product registered on the Okini Land label.
Depending on the reason for the return, shipping costs will be refunded via a voucher valid for 1 year on our website.
If the reason for the return is an exchange of product due to an error on our part, the shipping costs of the new shipments will be at our expense.
