Okini Land provides a dedicated form for sending messages. We endeavor to respond promptly to all inquiries received through this form.

Delay

Orders may experience slight delays before shipment. Typically, when you select a service with shipment process, orders are dispatched within 2 to 8 business days.

Please be advised that processing times are estimates and not guarantees. Rest assured that your order is currently in active processing.

Address Changes

To update your address, please navigate to the Addresses section of your account and add your new address. Subsequently, request the application of the new address for orders that have not yet been shipped.

Order Splitting / Merging

Yes, orders can be split. To initiate this process, contact us via a support ticket, and we will proceed with splitting the order. Please be advised that we can request payment for the difference in shipping fees.

NOTE: Orders from different accounts cannot be merged. This security measure is implemented to prevent unauthorized access to personal information.

Okini Land accepts a wide range of payment methods for order payment. These methods include:

Voucher code and Loyalty points

A voucher code is a code that can be used as a form of payment instead of cash in our shop.

Loyalty points are accrued for each shipped order.

Your vouchers and loyalty points can be accessed through your Okini Land account.

Cancellation

To initiate an order cancellation, a support ticket must be opened, and a response will be provided. However, cancellations may be declined.

Can I receive a photograph of the product

We do not provide product photographs, but we guarantee that the product is complete and in good condition, as described in our dedicated articles.
