Suspension of the Letter shipments

We temporarily suspend letter mail without tracking. We will propose this method again, once international deliveries are operational again.

Suspension of SAL shipments

Since officially early April, Japan Post has temporarily changed its shipping offers, forcing us to change ours.

As a result, we can no longer ship in economic SAL. From now, We are shipping by AIR (a little more expensive but also faster).


If you ordered before the beginning of April, you have nothing more to pay. We will send with another method.


Since mid-March, packages have been waiting at Osaka airport (Japan), Japan Post has decided to return all packages to us.

As soon as we receive the return of your order, we will send it to you again by another method.
We will give you a new tracking number after re-sending it. You don't have to pay extra, we take care of everything.

Thanks to this, you will not miss a good offer and once the SAL or the possibility of sending to your country will be functional, we will send you an invoice for the shipping costs.
