When ordering on Okini Land, you have the option to select a service for either holding or shipping your products.
Services
Personal Stock:
We offer a Personal Stock service to store your products in our warehouse. This service allows you to reserve products without immediately incurring shipping fees.
This service can be utilized, for instance, to consolidate multiple orders. Upon requesting shipment, we will provide you with an invoice to settle the shipping charges.
DHL Express:
DHL Express is a subsidiary of the German DHL Group and is a global leader in express courier services.
EMS:
EMS provides an efficient priority express service. It surpasses competitors such as DHL or FedEx in terms of global customer access points, making it an ideal option for reliable and convenient international shipping solutions.
FedEx Priority & Connect Plus:
FedEx Priority and FedEx Connect Plus are services offered by the USA FedEx Group and are among the leading express courier services.
Postal Parcel & Small Packet:
Economic services such as Postal Parcel and Small Packet are provided by Japan Post, Japan’s national postal service provider. It delivers registered mails and parcels worldwide.
Small packet service is typically used for small packages with low value, while Postal Parcel is used for larger parcels or those with higher value.
Surface Method:
The Surface Method is an economical but slow service that utilizes boats.
Departures are not daily, which contributes to its slow pace. When an order is shipped via Surface, there may be a delay before the parcel’s movement.
Upon receiving a tracking link, the status “Dispatch from outward office of exchange” will be displayed until the parcel reaches your country. This status can remain stationary for 2-6 months.
Transit time
The transit time for your order depends on the shipping method you choose.
- DHL: Approximately 2-5 business days
- FedEx: Approximately 2-5 business days
- EMS: Approximately 5-10 business days
- Small Packet: Approximately 15-30 business days
- Postal Parcel Air: Approximately 15-30 business days
- Surface: Approximately 2-6 months
- Personal Stock: There is no shipment / hold in warehouse
Customs
Import duties constitute a significant portion of the value-added tax (VAT).
The overall value-added tax (VAT) revenue contributes to the overall public resources that enable the financing of social programs, such as providing assistance to your friends or family members experiencing difficulties.
Please be advised that if you do not select a service that includes import duties, you may be subject to import fees after placing an order at Okini Land store. Our store is unable to reduce the value of shipments or label them as “gifts” to circumvent customs fees, as this is illegal. If there is an import duty fee, our courier will handle customs clearance and collect the customs duty from the parcel recipient.
