Shipping and Delivery

Fast and Reliable Shipping from Japan
Orders are dispatched within 2–8 business days from our Kawachinagano, Japan warehouse, with delivery in 1–2.5 weeks to North America, Europe, or the UK via trusted couriers (DHL Express, EMS, FedEx, Japan Post).   • Tracking: Monitor your order in your Okini Land account or contact your local post office. Updates may pause after leaving Japan.

Personal Stock and Combined Shipping

Our Personal Stock service lets you store items in our Osaka warehouse to combine orders and save on shipping. To ship stored items, submit a support ticket via your account, and we’ll provide a quote within 1–2 business days. Additional fees may apply. For immediate shipping, use standard checkout.

Order Management

Updating Your Address
Update your shipping address in the “Addresses” section of your Okini Land account before dispatch. We cannot modify addresses post-shipment. Please note: After modifying your address, submit a support ticket to ensure the updated address is applied to your order.

Splitting Orders
To split an order, submit a support ticket. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Merging Orders
To merge orders or products from orders, submit a support ticket via your account. For security, we cannot merge orders from different accounts.

Warehouse Pickup
For security reasons, we’re unable to offer in-hand delivery or pickup at our Osaka warehouse. All orders are shipped directly to your address using trusted couriers (DHL, FedEx, Japan Post).

Order Modifications and Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order, submit a support ticket as soon as possible. Approvals depend on order status; modifications or cancellations may not be possible if processing or shipping has begun.

Returns and Order Issues

We offer a 14-day return period for eligible items (unopened, purchased directly from Okini Land). Trading cards and lottery-assorted products (e.g., blind boxes) are non-returnable. For defective or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number for a replacement or refund. If a parcel is unclaimed or refused, return shipping and duties may be deducted from your refund or invoiced separately. See our Returns Policy for full details, including restocking fees.

Brand-new items are sealed and complete; second-hand items, such as figures and model kits, are functional with possible minor box imperfections. Second-hand loose boosters are assumed “Light” (lower chance of rare cards) due to sourcing practices; choose brand-new boosters for a fair chance.
