Our meticulous inspection process ensures every product meets the high standards expected by passionate collectors. This page outlines our quality standards, product conditions, and policies, including why we do not provide individual product images. Second-Hand Products
Our second-hand products are previously owned but fully functional, undergoing rigorous inspections to ensure completeness and quality. Minor imperfections such as aging, wear, scratches, or stains may be present, as detailed below. We strive to deliver items that satisfy the discerning standards of collectors, with transparent condition descriptions.
Note: Promotional bonuses (e.g., promo cards, CD demos, obi bands, coupons, serial codes) are not guaranteed for second-hand items unless explicitly stated. If a product does not meet these standards, please refer to our Returns Policy.
Terminology
- Loose: Indicates the product is sold without its original box, manual, or peripherals.
- Rank B: Denotes items with noticeable wear or damage that may affect aesthetic value but do not impact functionality or completeness.
Figures and Dolls
Unless specified as “Loose,” products include outer boxes. The main body, box, parts, or accessories may have aging, wear, or minor stains/scratches. For tagged soft vinyl figures, tags are not included unless explicitly stated. Shipping cardboard or plastic bags are not guaranteed unless specified.
Plastic Model Kits and Jigsaw Puzzles
Unassembled, with all parts included, attached or unattached to runners for model kits, or complete with no missing pieces for puzzles. Boxes may show minor wear, and protective blisters may be opened or absent. Adhesives and paints cannot be shipped.
Video Games and Peripherals
Fully operational, with cases, boxes, or jackets potentially showing minor creases, tears, inscriptions, sun-fading, water damage marks, or light stains. Promotional items (e.g., spin cards, register cards) are not guaranteed. For games using backup batteries (e.g., Game Boy), battery life is not guaranteed.
Records, Audio CDs, DVDs, and Blu-rays
Jackets or cases may have minor creases, tears, inscriptions, sun-fading, water damage marks, or stains. Sleeve cases, chapter lists, or inner bags are not included unless specified. Discs may have minor scratches or stains that do not affect playback.
Trading Card Boxes (TCG) and Loose Boosters
Booster packs in TCG boxes remain sealed, though box blisters may be missing or scratched. Loose boosters are authentic but sourced from various suppliers, classified as “Light” condition, indicating a reduced likelihood of rare cards due to potential prior weighing. For a fair chance at rare cards, we recommend brand-new boosters.
Single Trading Cards
Shipped with minimal scratches, scuffs, or white chips, meeting our quality standards. For cards sealed in manufacturer inner bags, customers cannot choose between opened or unopened bags unless specified.
Candy Toys and Trading Figures
Includes items like Shodo, Adverge, Scale World, Shikishi Art, and Wafer. Food, boxes, sleeves, candies, capsules, or booklets are not guaranteed unless specified.
Books
Ensured to be readable, with minor creases, small tears, inscriptions, sun-fading, water damage marks, or light stains possible. Unless specified as a “special edition,” older editions, revised editions, or alternate cover designs are considered equivalent.
Arcade Game Boards (e.g.: MVS, Bemani Viper)
Outer boxes are typically not included, and cartridge or board colors may vary from images but are considered equivalent. Minor scratches from operator handling may be present. Dedicated control panels, instruction cards, promotional materials, or manuals are not included unless specified and may show aging or minor wear.
Stuffed Toys
Boxes, paper tags, mounts, templates, or hangers are not guaranteed unless specified.
Brand-New Products
Our brand-new products are sourced directly from trusted Japanese suppliers, ensuring authenticity and pristine condition. These items are:
- Complete: Include original boxes and any supplier-provided bonuses, such as promotional items.
- Unopened: For lottery-assorted products (e.g., trading cards, blind boxes), contents remain sealed to preserve their condition.
- Authentic: Procured from reputable suppliers, never from second-hand marketplaces.
We take every precaution to ship brand-new products in optimal condition, minimizing the risk of damage during transit.
Why No Pictures?
To ensure accuracy and avoid confusion, we do not provide individual product images for second-hand or brand-new items. As our inventory is not reserved for specific customers, the photographed item may differ from the one shipped. Instead, we rely on our rigorous inspection process to guarantee that every product meets our quality standards. Second-hand items are represented by generic listing photos, while brand-new items align with supplier descriptions.
