Our Returns Policy is fair, transparent, and tailored for collectors worldwide, covering returns for unopened, defective, or incorrect items after delivery. 14-Day Return Period for All Customers

We offer a 14-day return period for all customers, starting from the day you receive your order. This applies globally to ensure fairness for every collector. You may return eligible items for a full refund without needing to provide a reason, though sharing a reason helps us improve our service and communication.

Items Eligible for Return

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened and in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
  • Purchased directly from Okini Land (third-party sales are not covered).

Important: Trading cards (e.g., Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!) are not eligible for return due to their randomized, lottery-assorted nature and to prevent issues with lost parcels, as these items pose significant challenges. Additionally, other lottery-assorted products (e.g., blind boxes, gachapon) with potential for increased value over time are also excluded from returns to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our collectible community.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll resolve it promptly. Contact us within 14 days of receipt by submitting a support ticket via your Okini Land account or emailing help@okini.land. Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging or incorrect item).

All package preparation at our warehouse is secured by camera surveillance from our security services, ensuring accurate handling and verification of your order. We’ll provide a replacement if available or a full refund if a replacement isn’t possible. Return shipping costs for these cases will be covered via a voucher code for your next order.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order via a support ticket or at help@okini.land.
  2. Provide your order number, confirm the items to return, and optionally share your reason for returning.
  3. Indicate your preference for a refund to your original payment method or a voucher code valid for 2 years.
  4. We’ll send return instructions, including the shipping address (typically our Osaka warehouse).
  5. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and ship them back within 7 days of receiving instructions.

Note: For non-defective returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping via a voucher code for your next order. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection (e.g., if items are opened or damaged).
  • Approved refunds, including the purchase price and standard delivery costs, will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method, or as a voucher code valid for 2 years if you prefer.
  • Premium shipping fees (e.g., express delivery) are non-refundable.

Refunds to your original payment method may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider. Voucher codes will be emailed immediately upon approval. For defective or incorrect items, a voucher code covering return shipping will also be provided for your next order.

Restocking Fees

In cases where a parcel is returned to Okini Land due to being unclaimed or refused by the recipient, additional costs may apply. These may include return shipping fees and any applicable customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process. These costs will either be:

  • Deducted from your refund amount, if a refund is processed.
  • Invoiced separately to clear the outstanding amount, if no refund is applicable.

We strive to keep this process transparent and fair. To avoid restocking fees, please ensure your parcel is claimed promptly and review our Customs Information page for details on duties.

Data Privacy and Returns

To process returns, we collect personal data (e.g., name, address, order details). This data is used solely for return processing and retained as required by law (e.g., 7 years for tax purposes in Japan). Voucher code data is retained for 2 years until expiry.
